生发胶囊质量标准的研究

Studies of the Quality Control for Shengfa Capsule

目的建立生发胶囊的质量标准。方法采用薄层层析对何首乌、女贞子、泽泻进行鉴别,用高效液相色谱法测定何首乌中2,3,5,4′-四羟基二苯乙烯-2-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷的含量。结果建立标准中何首乌、女贞子、泽泻均可定性鉴别。生发胶囊中2,3,5,4′-四羟基二苯乙烯-2-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷的平均含量为每粒0.256mg,加样回收率为97.61%,RSD为1.27%。结论该质量标准方法简单,操作简便,可用于生发胶囊的质量控制。

Objective To establish the quality standard for shengfa capsule. Methods The thin liquid chromatography was used to identify the botanical drugs and the high performance liquid chromatography was applied to determine contents of 2,3,5,4′-tetrahydroxys tilbene-2-0-β-D-glucoside in shengfa capsule. Results Fleeceflower root, Glossy privet fruit and Alisma L. orierttale Juzep could be identified by the established standard. The average content of 2,3,5,4′-tetrahydroxys tilbene-2-0-β-D-glucoside was 0.256 mg per capsule. The average recovery ratio and relative standard deviation were 97.61% and 1.27% , respectively. Conclusion The quality standard is easy and simple for manipulating and can be used for the quality control of Shengfa capsule.
