摘要
本文介绍了树脂基复合材料的几种主要预制基材—预浸料、预混料、片状模塑料、团状模塑料以及纤维增强粒料的加工方法和工艺路线,并分析了各种预制基材的加工工艺特点。
Manufacturing methods and technological routes of preimpregnated materials for resin matrix composites, such as prepreg, premix, sheet moldingcompound (SMG) ,dough molding compound (DMC) and fibre reinforced pellets were introduced in detail. Also, processing characteristic of each preimpregnated material was analysed.
