摘要
本文用分形理论分析填充料粒径分布,揭示其分形特性,把一定总量下,小于某一当量直径r的填料质量份数W(r)与孔径r之间的指数关系定义为粒径分布的分形维数—分数维,即InW(r)=D_fInr+K,D_f即为粒径分布的分数维。分数维值适中时,复合材料的力学性能最佳。
In this paper,the fractional characteristics of the particle size distribution of fillers was studied. The dimension of particle size distribution of the fillers was defined by the exponential relationship between the fraction W (r) of a filler with less than certain equivalent diameter (r) at certain amount and the pore diameter (r), i.e. lnW (r)=D_flnr+K,where D_f represents the fracti onal dimension of particle size distribution. The studies on the mechanical properties of the filled polypropylene manifest that the mechanical properties can reach their maximum when the value of D_f is suitable.
