聚2,2′-二硫代二苯胺的化学合成与表征

摘要 以2-氨基苯硫酚为原料制备了单体2,2′-二硫代二苯胺,并采用化学氧化反应合成了2次锂电池正极用的新型导电高分子材料——聚2,2′-二硫代二苯胺。实验结果表明:单体质量浓度为5%,聚合温度为80℃,氧化剂过硫酸铵与单体的物质的量比为3.5时,产率最高;采用元素分析仪,核磁共振谱仪,红外光谱仪,紫外可见光谱仪,电化学工作站等仪器对产物进行了表征,证明了聚合物结构的正确性及良好的电化学可逆性。 The monomer of 2,2'- dithiodianiline was prepared by 2 - aminothiophenol. And poly (2,2'- dithiodianiline) (PDTDA) , a new conducting polymer used in second lithium cell, was synthesized via chemical oxidation method. The result of experiment showed, when the weight concentration of monomer was 5 %, the temperature of pol- ymerization was 80℃ and the molar ratio of ammonium persulfate and monomer was 3.5, the yield was the best. The structures and properties of products were characterized by element analysis, NMR, IR, UV, TG, CV, et al. The results showed that the product had correct structure and possessed favorable electrical chemical properties.
