热致感应型形状记忆高分子材料的研究 被引量:28

摘要 主要探讨了热致感应型形状记忆高分子材料的记忆机理,并对几种形状记忆高聚物的实施方法进行了研究和探讨,认为该类材料集塑料-橡胶的特性于一体,在记忆温度下的行为与橡胶的弹性理论相一致。 This kind of materials have the general characters of both plastics and rubers. Being a ruber when the using temperature is above the critical memery temperature, the deformation is recoverable and being a plastics when below that temperature, the shape is unchangeable. Acording to the theories of modern polymer physics and the technology of synthesis and improving of polymers, it is possible to get the polymer which have desiring construction and properties through designing the construction and arrangment of molecular. This paper discussing and researching some methods which is how to make some polymers, such as polyethylene, polyisprene and polyurethanes, become shape memery materials. With its special properties, this kind of materials have wide uses in medicins and industry.
