摘要
本文结合成都的文化发展战略,对成都文化会展行业各种人才进行了调研,并对成都会展行业未来三年的人才需求状况进行了预测,在此基础上,对成都会展行业人才的供需矛盾进行了比较分析。
In accordance with the culture development strategy of Chengdu Municipal Government and on the basis of the research on various kinds of exhibition industry talents in Chengdu, this paper predicts the demand for exhibition industry talents in Chengdu in the coming three years, and keeps a step further to analyze the supply - demand contradiction in such a line of Chengdu.
