摘要
合成了对-马来酰亚胺基苯甲酸(MBA),对其合成工艺进行了探讨。以对马来酰亚胺苯甲酸和CYD-128环氧为原料,在催化剂存在下合成了环氧型双马来酰亚胺(EB)树脂;利用红外光谱(IR)、差热扫描量热(DSC)及热失重分析(TGA)对EB和固化-EB树脂的结构、反应性及热稳定性进行了表征。
A new bismaleimide containing epoxy backbone, designated as EB, has been developed. It was prepared by N (p carboxy phenyl) maleimide (MBA) with CYD 128 epoxy in the present of desirable catalysts. MBA was obtained by using actone as solvent and the synthetic process of it was discussed. MBA and EB were characterized by infrared (IR). The melting point and solubility in actone depend on the temperature and time of synthesis. The thermal polymerization of EB was investigated by differential scanning calorimetry (DSC). The thermal stability of the polymer was evaluated by dynamic thermogravimetric analysis (TGA). No weight loss was observed when cured EB resin was heated up to 410 ℃ in nitrogen atmosphere. Its anaerobic char yield at 700 ℃ is 30%.
