摘要
以湿相转化法制备CO2/CH4醋酸纤维素分离膜,无需热处理工序;研究了各种制膜条件,如蒸发时间、聚合物浓度及添加剂含量等,对膜气体分离性能的影响;用扫描电镜观察了膜的形态结构。结果表明,适当提高聚合物浓度和延长蒸发时间可使膜表皮层变致密,获得高的CO2/CH4分离选择性和气体透过速率。
Asymmetric cellulose acetate membranes were prepared without heat treating by the wet phase inversion. The effect of the membrane forming factors on separation characteristics of the membrane for CO 2/CH 4 was investigated. Morphologies by scanning electron photomicrographs were observed. It has shown that the asymmetric CA membranes for the seperation of CO 2/CH 4 with good separation factor, higher flux coefficient are obtained by increasing the polymer concentration in the casting solution and prolonging the evaporating time during the membrane forming process.
