净化PH_3和H_2S气体改性活性炭的制备与表征 被引量:22

摘要 以工业4号活性炭为载体、制备了金属阳离子改性活性炭,考察了改性活性炭的制备工艺条件对黄磷尾气中PH3和H2S的净化效果的影响;对空白炭、改性炭和吸附饱和活性炭做BET、XPS、TG/DTA分析.结果表明,250℃条件下制备的改性活性炭具有最佳的净化效果;孔径为1×10^-9-8×10^-9m有利于改性活性炭对磷、硫的吸附;改性过程中引入的二价铜离子可以净化PH3和H2S并将其转化为磷酸和硫. Activated carbon 4^#(AC4) was modified with Cu-containing impregnant and the factors influencing its preparation were investigated. Fresh activated carbon, modified activated carbon, and modified activated carbon saturated with PH3 and H2 S were characterized by N2-BET,XPS and TG/ DTA. The highest efficiency of the modified AC sorbent was reached at a temperature of 250℃. Phosphorus and sulfur were mainly adsorbed in pores of 1-8 nm in size. PH3and H2S can be decomposed by activated carbon modified with copper cations and the adsorbed products are phosphoric acid and sulfur.
