摘要
目前印刷线路板(Printed Circuit Board,PCB)的资源化循环利用方法存在材料回收率低和环境污染的不足,采用一种新的超临界流体技术对PCB中的金属及其它成分进行分离处理,在采用丙酮、CO2及Lewis-酸的混合介质及优化的温度和压力反应条件下,获得了90%的金属回收率,高于目前的机械破碎分选实验结果.该方法为线路板的资源化循环再利用提供了一个新的有效选择.
The existing recycling processes for waste Printed Circuit Boards (PCB) are insufficient because of their low recovery rate of materials and some pollutions during the processes. Supereritical fluid (SCF) extraction was employed to separate the metals from the other materials in PCBs. When a mixture of acetone, carbon dioxide and a Lewis-acid were used as the SCF and the experimental parameters of temperature and pressure were optimized, 90% of the metals were re,covered. This rate is higher than the existing methods of mechanical grinding and separating. SCF thus provides an effective option for PCB recycling.
