摘要
研究并实现了软起动装置的控制系统。在建立数学模型与计算机系统仿真的基础上,进行了软起动装置的模拟试验。试验研究表明,调速电机与主电机的功率比大约为1∶10左右;电机的起动电流由直接起动时的105A,降到软起动时的35A,降幅达到60%。
A soft starter control system is studied and implemented. The experiment is based on both the mathematics model and the computers simulation. The result shows the power ratio between the speed-regulated motor and the main motor is about 1/10. The start current of the motor has descent from 105A in the direct way to 35A in the soft start way, which is 60 % of declining.
