摘要 通过对超细磁粉表面的改造,实现了其与有机单体分子的复合;改变条件,可以得到不同粒径分布的磁珠,其分布范围窄;磁珠由超细磁粉核心、高分子材料层、化学功能基团层组成,具有超顺磁性和强的蛋白吸附能力。 The influence of structure and properties of immunomagnetic beas(IMB) on application of IMB in bio engineering field was studied. The super para magnetic ultra fine magnetic powders was prepared. The ultra fine powers improved the surface properties and achieved the hybridization between the ultra fine powers and the organic monomer molecular. The IMBS of various diameters, which had discribution in the narrow range were obtained. The IMB consists of the core contained ultra fine magnetic powders, high molecular materials layer and the chemical functional groups layer. The IMB has super paramagnetic, absorptive capacity to protein and superior acid and alkali resisting properties. The IMB may be applied in cells separation, immunoassays, bio active substances separation and molecular biology field.
