摘要
通过显微硬度、红外光谱、热重分析等方法,对应用于光盘的丙烯酸酯紫外固化膜进行了表征,由此得出了固化速率、诱导时间以及膜中残留物的数量及成分,并对光固化过程进行了描述。
UV cured processes were widely used in the pregrooved substrates for CD R and information duplication of CD ROM. In this paper, acrylate based polymer has been selected and UV cured in the specially designed light source. By the methodes of microhardness, infrared spectrascopy and thermogravimetic analysis, cured film was characterized, from which the cure rate, induction time T ind , quantity and components of residue in the film have been obtained as well. The discription of cure processes and corresponding explanations were also presented. Results show that under experimental conditions desirable cured film can be formed at exposured time of about 80 s with residue quantity less than 3% and microhardness about 10 kG/mm 2, which can completely satisfy critical requirements of CD products.
