摘要
将2007年9~10月份入库的几种泰国巴吞米分别放在常温、准低温和低温条件下储藏,定期检测巴吞米储藏品质及食用品质的变化。随着时间的延长,巴吞米的各项品质都发生了变化,常温储藏条件下的变化最大,准低温和低温储藏条件下变化较小。
Several kind of Pandan Rice which put into warehouse between Sept-Oct. 2007 was stored under normal temperature,quasi-low temperature and low temperature, storage quality of Pandan Rice and edible quality were determined regularly. Along with the time extension, each quality index of Pandan Rice changed, significant change is under the normal temperature storage condition, but slight change in quasi-low temperature and low temperature storage condition.
