框体构件腹板加工CAM走刀策略的分析 被引量:1

CAM Machining Strategy in the Milling of the Thin-web Frame

摘要 研究了腹板加工有限元模拟关键技术,针对框体结构件单框腹板加工时三种不同的CAM走刀策略进行了比较;在此基础上分析了加工多框结构件时不同的加工顺序对加工变形的影响;最后对研究结果进行了总结。 First, this paper studies the key FEM techniques simulating the thin-web machining process, and then analyzes the machining strategy In milling the single thin-web frame. Next, it discusses the machining methods milling the frame component composed of multi thin-webs based on the FEM analysis. At last, it summarizes the research results.
