在工业控制现场常常需要采集大量的现场数据(如噪声、温度和湿度等),并将这些数据传输到主机进行处理。介绍了基于PDA的作业环境监测系统,给出了该系统的整体设计方案,具体阐述了该系统中串行通信模块和以太网通信模块的实现方法。该系统可以对作业环境各要素进行动态监测,实现全过程的动态安全管理。

A large number of the data such as noise, temperature, humidity, etc, are often collected in the workshop and sent to process in the server system. This paper introduces the monitoring system for the job environment based on PDA, the solutions of the system＇s serial communication and Ethernet communication in detail and presents the entire frame work. This system can monitor the factors of the job environment dynamically and achieves the safety management entirely.
