摘要 介绍了虚拟技术相关的一些概念和虚拟技术的应用,工程机械液压系统向着高性能、高精度和复杂化发展,传统液压故障诊断技术既满足不了机械维修的需要。在机械液压传动系统中运用虚拟仪器技术的监测系统进行故障诊断,提高了液压系统的可靠性。 The paper introduces the concept and application of the virtual instrument. The development of the hydraulic system of modem engineering machinery trends toward high performance, high precision and complication, as a result of the fact that the traditional diagnosis techniques for hydraulic malfunctions fail to meet the needs of maintenance concerned. The intelligence fault diagnosis technique is an advanced science. The virtual instrument technology is applied to the fault diagnosis of engineering mechanics, to obviously raise the reliability of the traditional system.
