摘要
通过研究液氯储罐发生泄漏,估算液氯扩散的影响及范围,为事故应急处理及有毒物质风险管理提供科学依据.对不同泄漏量的事故后果进行计算,结果表明:以氯气LC50、MAC和居住区允许浓度为毒性终点,泄漏影响距离小型事故为0 m、700 m和1 500 m;中型事故为240 m、1 800 m和2 125 m;大型事故为1 500 m、5 050 m和5 850 m.
This paper gives a technical and scientific basis for emergency management and risk management of hazardous substances through research on leakage of liquid chloride bunker and estimation of the effect and scope of diffusion of liquid chloride. The results of different leakage accidents show that small-scale accident leakage effecting the scope is 0 m, 700 m and 1 500 m, the medium-scale accident is 240 m, 1 800 m and 2 125 m, the large-scale accident is 1 and the allowable concentration within the resident 500 m, 5 050 m and 5 850 m taken the LC50, MAC and the allowable concentration within the resident area as the toxic endpoint.
