摘要
以苹果腐烂病菌(Valsa mali)为指示菌,通过单因素试验,研究补骨脂中有效抑菌成分的最佳提取工艺,确定提取的最优工艺条件为:提取溶剂为质量分数70%的乙醇、固液比为1∶5(g/mL)、提取温度为室温、每次提取时间为3 h、合并滤液次数为2次以上.
Extracting technology of efficiency antifungil component from Psoralea corylifolia L. was studied by single factor tests according to Valsamali as director. The optimum extracted conditions are concluded as follows, extract solvent of 70 % alcohol, ratio of material to solvent is 1：5 g/mL, extract temperature of 15 ℃ ,and the extract time of 3 h and least 2 times.
