新型铸造不锈钢的组织及其腐蚀行为的STM研究

摘要 设计了新型铸造不锈钢的化学成分,采用金相显微镜、X射线衍射、电子探针(EMPA)、透射电镜(TEM)、扫描电镜(SEM)及扫描隧道显微镜(STM)研究了新型铸造钢的组织及其腐蚀行为。试验结果表明,该钢经1100℃固溶处理后,可得到单相的奥氏体组织,具有良好的耐蚀性能。并通过STM的观测,得到了新型钢的超高分辨三维腐蚀形貌图像,为该钢的开发应用奠定了技术基础。 The chemical composition of the new cast stainless steel was designed, and the microstructure and corrosion behaviour of the new cast stainless steel were studied by using metallographic microscope, X-ray diffraction, EMPA, TEM, SEM, and STM. The result shows that the monophase austenic construction with good corrosion resistance can be obtained after solid solution treatment at1 100℃. An ultrahigh 3-D resolution images of the new cast stainless steel was obtained with observation using STM, and a technical base was set up for the development and application of the new cast stainless steel.
