摘要
用失重法测定了固溶处理态和固溶+时效处理态CD-4MCu双相不锈钢在稀硫酸介质中的腐蚀磨损速率。结果表明,CD-4MCu在固溶态时硬度低,耐腐蚀磨损性能差;在固溶+时效处理态时硬度高,耐腐蚀磨损性能好。介质温度和浓度升高,CD-4MCu双相不锈钢腐蚀及磨蚀增加,腐蚀磨损交互作用增大。
The rates of corrosion and wear of CD-4MCu duplex stainless steel in solid solution treatment state and solid solution plus aging treatment state in dilute sulphuric media were measured with the weightless method. The results show that CD-4MCu stainless steel has lower hardness and corrosion-wear resistance in solid solution treatment state, and has higher hardness and corrosion-wear resistance in solid solution plus aging treatment state. The rates of corrosion and wear of GD-4CMu duplex stainless steel will increase and the interaction of corrosion and wear will extend with rise of temperature and concentration of the media.
