国产原毛表面蛋白质污染物存在性论证

Demonstration of Existence of Protein Contaminants on Chinese Raw Wool

本文首次证实了国产原毛表面存在蛋白质污染物;探明了蛋白质污染物在纤维表面呈不规则的随机分布状态;提出蛋白质污染物主要来自皮脂腺、汗腺和表皮脱落的死细胞。

This paper has initially identify the presence of protein contaminants (P. C.) on Chinese raw wool, verified the irregular distribution of P. C. on the surface of wool fibre, and concluded that the P. C. mainly originated from sebaceous gland, sweat gland and epide- rmal 'dead'cell.
