摘要
经与换热转化并纯氧二段炉法比较,在天然气制取富一氧化碳合成气方面催化部分氧化法具有更多优越性。催化部分氧化法可以副产更多的蒸汽而消耗更少的蒸汽。两者之间所需制氧装置规模的差异是有限的。
Compared with heated reforming and secondary reformer with oxygen,the catalytic partial oxyda-tion has more advantage in producing CO-rich syngas from natural gas. CPO process can produce more steam and hereby less steam consumption. The diversity of required oxygen plant between both is limitted.
