摘要
对甲酸钠脱氢过程进行了分析,并比较了脱氢与喷雾干燥的传热方式。认为改变脱氢的传热方式是实现脱氢连续化的关键。提出了甲酸钠连续脱氢生产草酸钠的工艺方案,目的在于使脱氢工艺过程实现连续、稳定、高转化率、安全和自动化控制,改善目前操作环境恶劣、劳动强度大等问题。
In order to make the process of hydrogen removal continuous steadiness,high conversion ,safety and automatic control,this paper introduces two continuous plans of hydrogen removal of sodium formiate by which sodium oxalate was prepared single column,double column.And furthermore,it can improve the operating environment and reduce the intensity of labour to adopt these plans.In addition,we also analyze the possible affecting factors of hydrogen removal and put forward improving measures and proposals.
