摘要
本文以焦磷酸钾为主络合剂,酒石酸钾钠为辅助络合剂,自制焦磷酸铜、焦磷酸锌为主盐进行了玻璃钢无氰Cu-Zn-Sn-Ni四元合金电镀工艺研究。试验结果表明,适当调节工艺参数及选择恰当的后处理方法,可得到不同色泽的仿金镀层,极大地丰富了玻璃钢制品的装饰效果。本研究所用镀液性能稳定,无毒无污染,易于维护,可广泛用于生产实际。
The article studies no-cyanic Cu-Zn-Sn-Ni imitatd gold electroplating on FRP.The test result shows that diffenent golden colours of electropated surfaces and FRP decoration results can be obtained through the adjustment of procssing parameters and selection of proper post-treatment method.The studied electroplating liquid is stable,nonpoisonous and no pollutant.It can find exensive use in production.
