对羟基苯甲酸甲酯晶体的非线性光学性能研究

Nonlinear optical Properties of Methyl p Hydxoxybenzoate

从有机溶剂中生长出对羟基苯甲酸甲酯晶体（ｐＨＭＢ）。用Ｘ射线分析方法确定晶体结构，采用棱镜最小偏向角方法测定晶体的折射率，确定了晶体的非线性系数ｄｉｊ和ｄｅｆ。

Bulk crystals of Methyl p hydroxybenzoat were grown from organic solution. The crystal structure was determined by X ray analysis. The refractive indices were determined by the method of prism minimum deviation. The nonlinear optical coefficients d ij and d eff were measured. The nonlinear optical properties were discussed in terms of crystalline structure.
