Based on the analysis of the main influence factors of introducing Passenger Dedicated Line （PDL） into railway hub, related evaluation indicator system has been developed. Using hierarchical grey relational analysis model, a decision support system has been established to provide an quantitative analysis method and aid in synthetically evaluating and choosing optimal schemes of introducing Passenger Dedicated Line（PDL） into railway hub. Furthermore, an application of this method has been expounded to prove its practicability.
