摘要
用晶体生长装置,将倒置的铱金坩埚加热,是移出其中剩余的钇铝石榴石固化熔体方便有效的方法。加热需要的最大安全输入功率,可通过计算体系的热平衡求得,也可用实验方法确定。两种方法的原理都是基于倒置化料系统与正常晶体生长装置相比。
Using the same heat source as crystal growth,remelting and removing of solidified melt of YAG by heating inverted crucible is a efficient and safety method. The efficient and safety power inputed the inverted crucible system can be determined by calculation of thermal equilibrant or experiment based on the different convection heat loss between the inverted crucible system and the crystal growth equipment.
