摘要
研究两种表面活性剂的不同复配比例对油/水界面张力的影响.采用均匀实验设计和逐步回归优化的方法,预测复配体系的性能来简化实验程序提高实验效率.通过均匀实验,最终确定驱油剂的最佳配比:表面活性剂1和表面活性剂2的质量浓度均为0.2%时,油/水界面张力可达到0.00052 mN/m.
The effects on the dynamic interfacial tension between crude oil and water of the two surfactants along with different combinations were investigated in this article. The combination of the uni- form design and the gradual regression optimization method predicted the property of surfactant mixture more accurately, simplified the experimental procedure and increased the experimental efficiency. Finally, an optimized surfactant mixture was identified. When the system contains 0.2% :0.2% of surfactant 1 and 2, the surface tension of the crude oil and water system is ultra-low (0.000 52 mN/ m), which indicates that the surfactant mixture shows a great effect on declining the interfacial tensions between oil and water.
