摘要
以椰汁、海带为主要原料,经科学调配,研制成一种饮料。同时研究了海带浸提条件和脱腥方法。
A kind of compound drink made of coconut milk and kelp extract was introduced in the paper. The condition of soakage and method of wiping off fishy smell were reviewed.
