摘要
通过乳液聚合的方法制备了苯乙烯-丙烯腈-N-苯基马来酰亚胺三元共聚物,由DSC、DMA及TG热分析方法对共聚物的性能进行了对比表征。实验结果表明,DMA方法能更好地表征N-PMI组分对共聚物耐热性能的影响,它一方面可以确定玻璃化温度的变化,另一方面可以测定材料模量的变化情况。
In order to characterize effiently the thermal properties of N phenylmaleimide(NPMI) copolymer, DSC, DMA and TG(& DTG) were used to study the thermal resistance and decomposition properties of styrene acrylonitrile N phenylmaleimide terpolymers prepared by emulsion polymerization. The glass transition temperatures ( T g) measured by DSC method give not markedly differences for the copolymer of different NPMI amounts. The T g′s by DMA show significant effects of NPMI amount on the T g′s and modulis of the copolymers. The experimental results indicate that DMA is a better method for charaterization of the thermal properties of this copolymer in that it not only can indentify the glass transition temperatures but also can give the message about the changes of modulis of the copolymers with different N phenylmaleimide amounts. This result is useful in thermal analysis of polymers.
