摘要
用批量法、全连续法、半连续法等聚合工艺,制备了AA为3%,BA/MMA分别为70/30、60/40、56/44的丙烯酸酯共聚物乳液。通过对乳液粒度、力学性能的表征,以及DSC分析,发现批量法制备的乳液粒度大于全连续法的乳液粒度,膜的拉伸强度最大;而全连续法制备的乳液粒度最小,膜最软,膜的伸长最大。全连续法和批量法乳液性能的差异在于聚合初期的成核。DSC分析表明,所制备的试样,部分有两个Tg,是几种共聚物的混合体系。
A series of acrylate emulsions were made from butyl acrylate/methyl methacrylate/acrylic acid copolymers in BA/MMA ratio: 70/30, 60/40, 56/44, by batch, continual and semicontinual techniques. The emulsions and their films were characterized by photon correlation spectroscopy, mechanical test and DSC. The results showed that the emulsion made from batch technique has larger particle size than the emulsion made from continual technique, and its film has the maximum strength; the emulsion made from continual technique has the minimum particle size, the softest film and the maximum elongation along other emulsions, and its T g is lower than that made from batch technique. The reason was the different numbers of nucleation. Two T g of the emulsions indicated that there might have several kinds of copolymers and different morphologies of the particles.
