摘要
为了削减爆炸冲击波和节省装药量,该文通过试验发明了一种新的爆炸焊接方法——双立法。实验和初步的生产表明,相对于现行的平行式爆炸焊接方法,双立式爆炸焊接方法明显具有如下几个优点:由于充分利用了平行法上方耗散的冲击波,从而节省了至少1/2的装药量,大大降低了生产成本;双立式爆炸焊接方法采用的是封闭式装药,因此待复合的双侧复合板削减了爆炸冲击波对周围环境的不利影响;爆炸焊接工艺参数易于精确控制;爆炸焊接作业易于形成标准的工艺流程。
To reduce the shock wave and save the explosive charge, the paper invents a new method of double vertical explosive welding by experiment. The experiment and initial production prove that there are several clear advantages. At least half of the explosive charge is saved because the dissipative energy of the shock wave is used in the parallel explosive welding and production cost are reduced greatly. The cladding plates of both sides also reduce the disadvantage effect of shock wave on environment in the new technology. It is easy to control the tochnology parameters.
