提出了一种大型油船结构纵向强度和横向强度分析的有限元方法，能比较精确地求得纵向强力构件与肋骨框架平面构件的内力，并开发了大型油船结构分析程序系统ＯＴＳＡＰ．该系统具有较完整的前、后处理器，使用户能在微机上方便、高效地完成油船结构的纵向强度与横向强度计算．

A kind of FEM (Finite Element Method) applied to the analysis of longitudinal and horizontal intensity of large scale oil tankers is proposed. By the method, we can get the internal force of the intense longitudinal component and the transverse plane frame component precisely. According to the method, we develop a structure analysis programming system of large scale oil tankers—? ㎡TSAP (Oil Tanker Systematic Analysis Programme) which has more complete front and back processors. It allows applicants to analyze the horizontal and longitudinal intensity of oil tanker by computer more conveniently and efficiently.
