生态工业园区物质集成实证研究——以江苏省南通市袁桥镇生态工业园区规划为例

A Case Study on Mass Integration for EIPs——Take the Plan of Nantong Yuanqiao EIP as Example

本文以江苏省南通市袁桥镇生态工业园区规划为例,对生态工业园区规划和建设过程中物质集成的方法进行了实证研究。在构建袁桥镇生态工业园区运作模式的基础上,以"废物"再利用为出发点,提出了运用第三方物流实现物质集成的方法。本文建立了实现园区物质集成的概念模型,分析了实施过程中可能存在的风险,并提出了应对风险的保障措施。

A case study on mass integration method was conducted based on the plan of the Yuanqiao Ecological Industrial Parks （EIP）. The paper addressed the ecological operating pattern of Yuanqiao EIP on the principle of Reusing, designed a conceptive model for mass integration of the park, put forward a way to achieve the mass integration through Third Party Logistics, and finally, analyzed the risks and countermeasures in implementation period.
