摘要
社区警务作为一种新型的社会化治安战略思想及战术方法,在社区发展和整个社会治安防控体系建设中占有重要的地位和发挥着重大的作用。必须针对基层警务运行存在的问题,分析当前社区勤务模式的滞后与不足,从警力下沉、权力下放、工作机制、利益下调等方面对社区警务模式进行改革。
