不同牧草日粮对浙东白鹅肉鹅的饲喂效果 被引量:7

摘要 选用刚出壳的大小一致的浙东白鹅雏鹅171只,随机分成3组进行饲养试验:(1)补充料+50%黑麦草+50%苜蓿草组(混合组);(2)补充料+黑麦草组(黑麦草组);(3)补充料+苜蓿草组(苜蓿草组)。采用补充料定量投喂、饲草自由采食的饲养方式,8周的饲养试验表明,混合组和苜蓿草组的饲草采食量比黑麦草组分别提高6.65%和18.25%;混合组和苜蓿草组日增重分别为67.56和65.20 g,比黑麦草组分别提高15.92%和11.87%(P<0.05),混合组的每kg增重饲料成本最低,分别比紫花苜蓿组和黑麦草组下降0.28%和6.11%;屠宰测定表明,混合组的宰前重、半净膛率、全净膛率、胴体率比黑麦草组提高12.53%,3.70%,5.99%和6.97%,肉色得到显著改善(P<0.05),pH值、系水力、嫩度等3个处理间没有明显差异。结果表明,苜蓿草或苜蓿草+黑麦草混合饲喂可明显提高浙东白鹅的生长速度、屠宰性能,并能显著改善肉色性状。 The aim of the present study was to investigate the best combination of different forages in diet of Zhedong White Geese. One hundred and seventy-one geese of one-day were randomly allocated into three treatment groups. Three forages were alfalfa, ryegrass, 50% alfalfa and 50% ryegrass. The results showed that geese fed mixture forage has better growth performance and flesh color significantly; Carcass quality and shear force of the meat were also better in response to mixture forage, although not statistic significant. The muscular stomach weight of the geese fed mixture forage was the heaviest among three treatments. Together, the results of our experiment have implied that associative effects of alfalfa and ryegrass existed in geese.
