摘要 采用标准水生生物毒性测定方法研究Pb2+对中国林蛙蝌蚪的毒性效应。急性毒性试验结果表明,在水温22~24℃条件下,Pb2+对中国林蛙蝌蚪24,48,72 h的半致死浓度(LC50)分别为3.30,1.66,1.41 mg/L;Pb2+对蝌蚪的安全浓度(SC)为0.13 mg/L,蝌蚪的死亡率随Pb2+浓度的升高和染Pb2+时间的延长而增大。亚急性毒性试验结果表明:随着Pb2+浓度的升高,蝌蚪的平均全长和体重逐渐降低,死亡率和畸形率提高,血细胞微核及核异常现象明显,说明低浓度的Pb2+污染仍可抑制中国林蛙蝌蚪的生长和发育。 In this study, a standard method for determining toxicity of aquatic life was used to evaluate the toxicity of Pb^2+ on tadpoles of Rana chensinensis. The acute toxicity experiment conducted under the condition of water temperature of 22 - 24 ℃ showed that, the LC50 of the tadpoles treated by Pb^2+ for 24, 48, and 72 h were 3.30,1.66, and 1.41 mg/L, respectively and the safe concentration(SC) was 0.13 mg/L. The results showed that death rate of R. chert, inert, is tadpole increased with increasing Pb^2+ concentrations and time. The results of subacute toxicity experiment showed that the rate of mortality and malformation increased increasing Pb^2+ concentrations. In the paper, the micronuclei and nuclear anomalies in tadpole erythrocytes of R. chensinensis also be observed.
