加工贸易货管办法进行了4处修订，于2008年3月1日起施行。
China has amended the People’s Republic of China Customs Measures on the Control of Processing Trade Goods. Four items were revised: the ban on applying outward processing to a critical process was abolished; the principles for dealing with special situations of outward processing were modifi ed; the defi nition of customs examination was deleted; and some legal liability-related presentations were refi ned. The revised policy will come into effect on March 1, 2008.
