构建社会主义和谐社会,是党在新时期提出的历史任务,构建社会主义和谐社会是多方面的,其中最为关键之一是搞好法治建设。鉴于此文章在分析了我国法治建设的必要性、现状和弊端的基础上,提出了在构建社会主义和谐社会中应如何完善我国的法治建设。

It is a historical task for the party to build a socialism harmonious society in the new period. Building a socialism harmonious society is of-all aspects, one of the most critical aspects is the construction of ruling by law. According to this article, on the basis of analyzing the necessity, the act-uality, and the defects of the construction of ruling by law in China, it proposes that in building a socialism harmonious society what we should do is to improve the construction of ruling by law in China.
