武汉城市圈区域创新网络发展研究

Research of regional innovation network development of Wuhan metropolis

区域创新网络是指由地方企业、高等院校及科研院所、科技中介组织和地方政府等创新主体构成的关联网络。武汉城市圈具有丰富的智力资源和较好的产业基础,圈内高等学校和科研院所众多,以电子信息、新材料、生物技术与新医药和机电一体化为代表的高新技术产业发展迅速,但同时也存在企业研发能力弱、要素发育不平衡、创新氛围不浓及地域组织不强等问题,本文结合武汉城市圈一体化建设的总体规划,分析区域创新网络中的现有问题并提出发展构想。

Regional innovation network is relating network composed of local enterprises, universities, research institutes, science and technology agencies and local governments. Wuhan metropolis has plentiful intellectual resources and good industry basic. It has abundant universities and research institutes. High-teeh industry characterized by electronic information, new material, bioteehnology, new medication and meehatronies developed very rapidly. At the same time, it also has some problems, for example, some companies＇ R ＆ D capabilities are feeble, elements grow imbalaneed, atmosphere of innovation is not great, and zone organizing is not strong. With overall plan of Wuhan metropolis integration, this paper analyzed the problems in existence in regional innovation network and put forward a development plans.
