摘要
建立了某型柴油机喷嘴内部流动的三维计算模型,在喷油器针阀最大升程条件下,运用CFD软件对喷嘴内部的三维流动进行了模拟分析。结果表明,本计算分析不但较真实地显示了喷油嘴内的流动,而且为喷油嘴内部的动态计算及燃烧室设计奠定了基础。
Three-dimension calculation model for the diesel-fuel flow in the nozzle of a diesel engine was set up.With the condition of the needle in its maximum lift,the simulation analysis of the fluid flow in the nozzle was performed by computational fluid dynamics software.Analytical results show that with this calculation method,the flow phenomenon inside the nozzle can be actually visualized,also provide supports for nozzle dynamic calculation and combustion chamber design.
