摘要
混合动力发动机需要利用节气门控制在经济性与排放性能较好的区域内工作。本文开发了一种用于混合动力发动机的电子节气门,对该节气门的硬件结构和工作原理做了详细的介绍,对软件设计的流程做了系统的分析,特别是对模糊控制器设计中应用的控制方法做了比较深入的研究,并将其应用于电子节气门的控制。发动机实验结果表明,所开发的电子节气门在实际应用中能够达到预期的目的。
The engine with hybrid power system will work in the optimal cycles controlled by a throttle.An electronic throttle of the engine was developed for the hybrid power system.Its hardware configuration and operating principle were introduced in detail.The design flow for the software was systematically analyzed.Especially,the control method,which is used in fuzzy logic controller,was studied and applied successfully in the electronic throttle.The engine test results show that the electronic throttle can meet the demands in actual situations.
