摘要
用自制的电位监测应力腐蚀装置研究了温度对硬铝合金2A12(LY12)在3.5%NaC l水溶液中腐蚀裂纹扩展的影响。结果表明:温度越高,KISCC越小,2A12铝合金的腐蚀裂纹扩展越快;2A12铝合金在NaC l水溶液中的应力腐蚀断口形貌主要表现为沿晶断裂,并具有岩石状沿晶断裂特征。
The impact of temperature on corrosion crack of hard aluminum alloy 2A12(LY12) in 3.5% NaCl solution is studied using self-made stress corrosion potential monitoring devices.The results show that the higher the temperature and the smaller the KISCC,the corrosion crack in aluminum alloy 2A12 will grow sooner.The stress corrosion fracture morphology of aluminum alloy 2A12 in NaCl solution mainly behaves as intergranular fracture along with rock-crystal fracture characteristics.
