摘要
本文对天然气生产中加热天然气的水套加热炉盘管腐蚀情况进行调研和腐蚀防护措施研究,分析了非循环水浴中金属腐蚀的影响因素,在室内试验的基础上,利用具有络合润湿剥离效果的非酸性清洗剂,对已经形成的腐蚀产物及附着物清洗,然后加入筛选的缓蚀阻垢剂进行现场实验,使腐蚀速率明显下降。
In rhos paper, the invesrigation of water heater coil sets will be discussed. Also factors of metal corrosion on bad-water barh witll banalyzed. Based on laboratory tests, Non-acidic cleaning agents with Comples stripping and wetting effect is used to clean the formed corrosion products and fouling, rhen field esperiment with filtratedcorrosion and scale inhibitors demonstrated that corrosion rate decreased obviously.
