摘要
针对目前在并行设计的规划过程中因未考虑企业存在的技术、人力资源约束而经常造成最终分析结果与实际情况不符这一问题,讨论了基于效率的工作量模型及时间总量模型;提出了以设计时间最短为追求目标的优化模型;给出了该优化模型的一个应用实例,表明该模型揭示了并行设计的结构特点,并为关键任务的识别提供了一条有实用价值的新思路.
During the planning of concurrent design, it is found that the final analysis results are ofteninconsistent with what happens in practice due to that the constraints in technical as well as manpowerresources of an enterprise are not duly considered. The workload model and the total time consumption model based on teamwork efficiency are developed and discussed, and an optimal model with minimal design-time as objective is presented. The effectiveness of the optimal model is demonstrated byan example.
