On Output Calculation of Type MPS Medium-Speed Coal Pulverizers

采用试验方法得出了极细煤粉下煤粉细度对出力的修正系数；同时采用理论分析的方法建立了可磨度与煤粉细度对出力的联合修正系数，推荐了水分、灰分对出力的修正方法．还给出了适合我国煤种的新的MPS磨煤机出力计算线算图和计算实例．

Based on laboratory tests, an improved correction curve of the grinding output against thefineness of pulverized coal with the residue fineness R,, varying from 5% to 15% has been obtained.Meanwhile, the joint correction curves of the grinding output against the grindability and the finenessof pulverized coal are worked out by theoretical analysis. On the basis of the analysis and other datareferences, the authors recommend the correction curves of pulverizer output against the water content and ash content in the coal. A new output calculation method for Type MPS medium-speed coalpulverizer is then recommended for domestic coals. A calculation example is given, and it is shownthat the method and the correction curves given meet well the requirements of engineering practice.
