血清脂蛋白(a)水平变化与急性冠脉综合征 被引量：1

摘要 目的:了解急性冠脉综合征(ACS)患者的血浆脂蛋白(a)[(Lp(a)],总胆固醇(TC)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL-C)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL-C)水平变化,观察Lp(a)与冠状动脉粥样硬化程度之间的关系。方法:将急性冠脉综合征患者120例按疾病发展进程进行分类,即不稳定型心绞痛(UA)60例,心肌梗死(M I)60例,设健康对照组50例,采用免疫透射比浊法测定Lp(a),常规血脂采用酶法进行检测。结果:M I组患者血中Lp(a)水平明显高于UA组及健康对照组(P<0.05)。结论:Lp(a)与冠状动脉疾病进展有关。
