摘要
试验从卵产入美国白蛾蛹后至成虫咬破寄生蛹壳出来为止,研究这一时期美国白蛾周氏啮小蜂的有效积温和发育起点温度。在设定的20、25、27℃的生化培养箱内用3个精密自动控温控湿仪器,完成美国白蛾周氏啮小蜂有效积温及发育起点温度的控制试验,试验结果看出,白蛾周氏啮小蜂的发育起点温度为9.26℃,有效积温354.05日度。
The experiment is conducted from oviposition in pupae of Chouioia cunea to adults who comes out by biting the parasitic puparium. Effective accumulated temperature and developmental threshold temperature of this period were studied. The control experiment of effective accumulated temperature and developmental threshold temperature of Chouioia cunea by using 3 instruments with automatic temperature & humidity control were conducted in biochemical incubator at the temperature of 20℃ ,25℃ ,27℃. Result shows that developmental threshold temperature of Chouioia cunea is 9.26℃ and effective accumulated temperature is 354.05 degree days.
