摘要
采用正交试验法提出了达克罗处理液的最佳配方,讨论了各种因素对涂层性能的影响;测定了涂层耐蚀性,耐热性和自腐蚀电位;并用扫描电镜,电子能谱及X-射线衍射分析了涂层的组成与微观结构,探讨了涂层的耐性机理。结果表明:达克罗涂层性能优越,可替代镀锌、镀镉和磷化。
Dacromet coating is a frontier technique of surface treatment in 1990s.In the paper,the optimal formulas of the Dacromet solution are studied by orthogonal test,the influences of effects on coating properties are discussed,the composition and microstructure of the coating are analytized by SEM and X ray diffraction,the mechanism of corrosion resistance and found.The results showed that the properties of Dacromet coating is excellent.Zinc plating,Cadium plating and phosphating will be replaced by the Dacromet technique.
